What are the plans?
Free: 3 personalized looks. Day Pass: US$ 1.90 for 24 hours of unlimited access. Monthly: US$ 19.90/month with unlimited looks, advanced filters and favorites.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Google Pay — securely processed by Stripe. We never have access to your card data.
Does the Day Pass auto-renew?
No. The Day Pass is a one-time payment that expires 24 hours after purchase. No surprises.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Settings → Manage subscription, you open the Stripe Customer Portal and cancel in a few clicks. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Can I request a refund?
Yes — 7-day guarantee for any first payment. Details in the Refund Policy.
In which currency am I charged?
Prices are in US dollars (US$). Your issuer converts to your local currency at the day’s exchange rate.
My payment failed. What now?
Stripe automatically retries for a few days. Update your card in the Customer Portal. If the problem persists, contact billing@lookoracle.com.
