Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to love LookOracle. If something doesn’t go as expected, this is our policy.

1. 7-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund of any payment (Day Pass or first monthly charge) requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked. Write to billing@lookoracle.com.
2. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, free of charge, via the Customer Portal (Settings → Manage subscription). Access remains active until the end of the paid period; there are no future charges after cancellation.
3. Day Pass
The Day Pass automatically expires 24 hours after payment and does not renew. As it is an immediate-consumption, short-duration product, after 7 days or intensive use of the period, refunds are at our discretion.
4. Subscription renewals
Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of proven wrongful charge (in which case, immediate full refund).
5. Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 10 business days, to the same payment method. The credit timing on your card depends on your issuer.
